Pursuant to Insurance Article, § 6-102.2, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Individual Subsidy Work Group will work to inform the development of a report to the legislature regarding the design and implementation of a potential state subsidy in the individual market.

On or before Dec. 1, 2020, the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange shall report to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Health and Government Operations Committee, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on the following items outlined in SB124/HB196 as it relates to establishing state–based individual market health insurance subsidies in the state.
