When’s the best time to call the call center?

2016 MHC Call Center VolumeBest Times to call Maryland Health Connection call centerThe call center for Maryland Health Connection is experiencing extremely high volumes of calls. The best times to call are before 10 a.m. and after 3 p.m. weekdays and any time Saturdays.

The toll-free number for the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) is 1-855-642-8572 (Deaf and hard of hearing use Relay service).

Dec. 15 is the deadline to enroll in coverage that begins Jan. 1.

Assistance is also available through a large network of authorized insurance brokers, who can be found at MarylandHealthConnection.gov, as well as from navigators based in six regions across the state. They have their own call centers and walk-in locations as well as several enrollment events. Information about those Connector Entities can be found on the state health marketplace website under “Get Help Enrolling.”
