Maryland Health Connection is making a technology upgrade to our system platform at the end of this month.
The MarylandHealthConnection.gov application will be unavailable:
Friday, March 31 – Monday, April 3
6 PM 7 AM
This affects all users of both the consumer and worker portals.
When we go live Monday morning, the only change you should see is a screen that will ask consumers to update their security questions. They will be able to bypass this if they choose to do so by clicking on a button on the same screen, but please encourage consumers to take a moment to update their security questions. These questions are used for password recovery should recovery be needed at a later date.
Brokers working on the Producer portal must update their security questions and are encouraged to update their password. Users of the Worker Portal will keep their existing credentials. The appearance and function of all other screens should be unchanged.
